Church Chairs Direct cannot guarantee arrival of an order by a specific date, but we will do everything we can to meet your expectations and we are usually accurate. PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY EVENTS WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING AND TAKING THESE FACTS INTO CONSIDERATION. Should you refuse delivery due to any reason except for damage, you will be responsible for any additional freight charges incurred.
Church Chairs Direct is responsible for supplying the product you ordered. Church Chairs Direct is not responsible if you want to change your order from the fabric or frame color of the product ordered. If a change becomes necessary, you are responsible for the expense involved with the change of the product. Church Chairs Direct’s Customer Satisfaction Guarantee promises that the product will be equal with the product demonstrated to you.
Delay of Shipment
All orders will be shipped from Warehouse upon receipt of order and payment unless your model/color is not in stock at which time you will be contacted and advised of the estimated time delay to fulfill your order and given the opportunity to accept/reject the change for a full refund if rejected. Please allow 10-14 days for arrival of chairs in stock. The shipping company will contact you to schedule delivery appointment 24-48 hours in advance.
Chair deliveries are “Tailgate Delivery” and it is the responsibility of the customer to unload and or move the product into the facility from the tailgate. The product must not be dropped from the truck to the ground; this will result in hidden damage.
All damage claims must be reported to Church Chairs Direct within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product and documented with photos of the damage. Church Chairs Direct will not be responsible after 14 days for replacement goods due to damage. Visible damage should be noted on the freight bill. You have the right to refuse delivery of any part of the shipment due to damage. Neither Church Chairs Direct nor the manufacturer will be responsible for any damage on customer supplied carriers or pick ups.
Church Chairs Direct uses only high density, high quality virgin foam on our Church and Sanctuary chairs. Our chairs have 3” of quality virgin foam thickness and usually represent the most standard foam offered by any chair manufacturer.
Returned Check Policy
There will be a charge to your account in the amount of $25.00 for any insufficient funds or closed account checks that are returned. We will submit the check twice before imposing this charge.
All returns require pre-authorization. All undamaged/unused product must be packaged, shrink wrapped and palletized the same way it was received. Customer is responsible for payment of freight to return the product. There is a 25% restocking fee. Refund will be issued less restocking fee two weeks after product has been received by the warehouse and inspected. This agreement shall be accepted and governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any action brought to enforce this agreement shall be entered in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida.
